The Space:
With its size, style, and location, Shoreline Retreat is the ideal way to experience Coeur d'Alene. Just a block north of Sander's beach, you can leave the car in the garage, fill the wagon with floaties and snacks, and walk down to the neighborhood beach during the day. And with comfortable outdoor seating, you can relax under the tall pines in the evening while dinner sizzles on the grill.
Entering through the beautifully crafted door, you'll find hardwood floors spread throughout the home's great room. In the open-concept kitchen, you'll find upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of lighting for easy cooking. The large kitchen island has seating for three while the dining table with seating for eight.
Round the corner on this main level to find the conveniently located half-bath. Just beyond, you'll find the primary suite with a cozy king bed, Smart TV, plenty of storage, and a warm, airy feel that will give you a quality experience. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a glass shower, vanity with seating for easy getting ready, and ample lighting. Make your way back down the stairs to find the lower level where a separate family space awaits with a ping-pong table and drink bar complete with a wine fridge and Keurig.
